Return Policy and Terms of Use

Cancellations must be received more than 14 days in advance of the course start date in order to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the course start date will receive a full refund after assessing a $200 cancellation fee. Cancellations received three business days or less prior to the course start date will not qualify for a refund. Failure to appear for a course without written request for cancellation will result in forfeiture of all course fees paid. When Field Testing is part of the course syllabus, field testing will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Any changes or cancellations will be accomodated without guarantee or refund in the event that your changes may not be accomodated.
